In the performance Dear Self, two hundred dancers, individuals ranging from 3 to 84 years old, will take the audience on a journey through the pages of their own diaries, which they create together every day as they learn, grow, and transform. They will lead you into a sensitive world where there is nothing wrong with being who you are. When you conquer fear and set yourself free, you triumph. They will remind you that each of us is unique. It's important to explore what is unique about each of us. The beauty of life is that you can explore your potential. People cannot be the same.

They will venture into a world where everything begins in our thoughts, in our minds. That's where health begins. Outwardly, we can all play our roles as beautifully as possible. However, that doesn't help us. Peaceful thoughts and their inner harmony heal us. They will look in the mirror. At that moment, they won't think about how beautiful their faces are but about how beautiful their hearts are. They understand that life is a process of growth. They start with themselves, with honesty toward themselves.
