No discounts can be claimed. These points of sale may charge a handling fee (costs of processing/transaction). Should an event be cancelled or postponed, the handling fee is not refunded.
Online purchase, instructions
The My account / My purchases box allows users to check their purchases and print tickets.
To enter a venue with discounted tickets (younger than 25, older than 65 and pensioners, marked with an asterisk*) you must provide a valid personal identity or pensioner card.

Ticket exchange
In exceptional circumstances, exchanges can be made to tickets within the same price band no later than one working day prior to the performance between 11.00 and 13.00 at the CD Box Office (Maxi underpass). Exchanges are subject to a EUR 2-fee per ticket.

• Free admission to all Cankarjev dom exhibitions,
• Free tickets for accompanying persons (one companion per disabled person), for most events within the framework of Cankarjev dom’s public service,
• 50% reduction in ticket prices for most events within the framework of Cankarjev dom’s public service (not applicable to reduced prices for visitors aged under 25 and over 65).
Certain discounts cannot be obtained at various authorised points-of-sale but only at the CD Box Office.
The subscription series discounts are listed in the subscription series booklets.
Group and family discounts are granted on certain events; all relevant concessions are advertised accordingly.
The asterisk* indicates discounted admission prices (lowest ticket categories) for visitors younger than 25, seniors 65+ and pensioners. Seniors 65 + and pensioners can claim 5% discount on all seat categories at the CD Box Office.

Discounts may not be combined.
In the event of cancellation or new/altered date of event, CD, or event providers in case of a lease event, shall assume responsibility for the altered circumstances and issuing refunds.
In the event of cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for another event or refund claimed from Cankarjev dom’s Box Office no later than one month after the scheduled date of the event. No refunds will be issued, or exchanges made, for tickets returned after that date or unused tickets. When refund has been issued, the tickets shall become invalid regardless of their form.
The issued tickets apply for events that have been postponed or rescheduled for a new date (unless otherwise specified).
If the tickets for a new event are more expensive/cheaper than the tickets for the cancelled event, the price differential (balancing payment/refund) shall be settled at Cankarjev dom’s Box Office (unless otherwise specified).
We reserve the right to make changes to the subscription programmes and performers. if Cankarjev dom provides an alternative performance, season ticket exchanges are not possible.
Changes are posted on CD’s website and announced via mass media and social networks.
Subscribers receive e-mail notifications of any changes to the subscription programme.

Terms and conditions of subscribing, prices and payment terms
Subscription terms and conditions, prices and payment terms are published in the subscription booklets or on the Subscriptions Seasons website.
Subscription card (does not apply to all subscriptions**)
Upon taking out their first subscription, new subscribers receive a subscription card to be presented at the entrance to venues when attending concerts or events included in the season subscription programme.
When a season ticket has been renewed for a new season, the QR code of the season ticket is reactivated.
The validity of the season ticket is checked with a barcode reader upon entering a venue; please note that admittance without a subscription card is not possible.
The administration charge for issuing a duplicate season ticket is €5.
In the event of a forgotten ticket, a duplicate ticket will be issued personally to subscribers only, at an administration charge of €2.
** For some season subscriptions, CD does not issue subscription cards but sets of ticket.
The number of subscription tickets is limited.
Cankarjev dom reserves the right to change the programme and performers.
If a subscription event is cancelled and we are unable to provide an alternative event throughout the season, we will refund a proportional amount to subscribers upon presentation of their subscription card.
Tuesday Clubbing / Cankarjevi torki
The Cankarjevi torki concerts are available at a discounted price as part of the AD HOC subscription series.
