This year, MineralFest celebrates a decade of bringing together enthusiasts of minerals, fossils, jewellery, and natural heritage.
The anniversary edition offers a fascinating journey through the world of crystals, minerals, fossils, one-of-a-kind jewellery and esoterica, once again bringing together exhibitors from Slovenia and abroad.
The accompanying programme also features copper-wire jewellery-making workshops led by the Tina Mežek School of Jewellery, as well as gemstone cutting and polishing demonstrations presented by the Srečko Kosovel Higher Vocational College in Sežana and the Slovenian Museum of Natural History.
Over the past decade, MineralFest has established itself as a key gathering for collectors, makers, experts and anyone fascinated by the Earth’s natural treasures. The anniversary edition continues the festival’s tradition of exploring geological wonders, craftsmanship and the stories hidden within stones, crystals and fossils.
