For many unemployed young people in Ghana internet fraud is a way of life. They don’t see it as fraud, but as a way to capitalize from the electronic waste from the West that is massively dumped in their country. One of the methods of stealing is to find a hard drive that contains personal and financial information from the former owner. It's a long shot, but sometimes it works. Ben Asamoah
