The International Rostrum of Composers is a radio forum and competition for recordings of new works. Over the last seven decades, the Rostrum has featured numerous key figures in contemporary music and masters of twentieth-century music when they were just setting out on their paths to recognition. Among the recommended and selected works at the Rostrum, we increasingly find composers from Slovenia, thus contributing to their burgeoning international reputation. One of them is Neville Hall, who will be represented by a new diptych of two interrelated works. We will also hear a selection of compositions from the Rostrum’s long history.
