Doris Dragović

Doris Dragović has perceived a rich career with numerous albums, performances at festivals and two appearances on the Eurovision Song Contest. Her most recognizable song, "Željo moja", has amazed the entire generation of the eighties of the previous century. For the past 30 years, the famous singer impressed with her music and appearance.

Doris was born in Split in 1961, and already as an 11-year-old girl, she was impressed by the Split Festival and singers such as Gabi Novak, Teresa Kesovija and others. This helped her find her musical path. Love for performing was born in childhood when she discovered theater costumes and ballet shoes in the attic of her grandma's house, which belonged to the grandmother's sister, the famous ballerina Ani Roja. Later, she also tested herself in ballet, but found her direction in music and devoted to it entirely.

Doris Dragović is a singer with an enviable musical career, is a true legend in the wider Balkan region. After a long break, she returned to the stage in October 2012 and sold out Zagreb's Vatroslav Lisinski Hall and proved that good music is eternal. She impressed with her biggest hits ''Željo moja'', ''Marija Magdalena'', ''Baklje Ivanjske'', ''Malo za sriću triba'' and others.
