The novel Sibilina sodba takes you back to the “dark age” of the 17th century, when people lived under the threat of epidemics, wars, and in fear of the witches. The protagonist Sibyl, a strong female character, fearlessly braves the challenges of patriarchal society. The book is aimed at all "wild women with a wolfish soul" who embrace their freedom and resist social norms.

The author Urška Klakočar Zupančič, in conversation with the journalist Vesna Milek, will speak about her writing process.

The excerpts from the novel will be read by actress Milena Zupančič.

The event will take place in Slovenian with no translation.
