One of the key missions of the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra is to promote Slovenian composers and performers. The second concert of the Symphonic Masterpieces Series therefore combines three essential elements: a composer, a soloist and a conductor, all of whom belong to the younger generation and emerge from the Slovenian cultural milieu.
