We convey our personal experiences of the beginnings of worlds through metaphors and symbols. How did our world actually begin, how did our worlds form? Out of the desire to breathe life into something? Through pain or through love? Does our world really begin and end in an endless, frightening black void? For millennia, people have been asking themselves these questions. And did their best to provide answers.
