General terms and conditions
The value of a gift voucher is 20 or 50 €.
Issue
Gift voucher are issued and sold by Cankarjev dom (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer). Gift vouchers are sold at the CD Box Office (Maxi subway) or sent by land mail when ordered by contacting vstopnice@cd-cc.si.
Use
The gift vouchers can be used exclusively for Cankarjev dom events. They cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or exchanged for cash. The unused value cannot be redeemed at the next purchase. If the purchase price exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid extra. A voucher can be redeemed solely on www.cd-cc.si or at the CD Box Office (Maxi subway). It must be undamaged, and the barcode must be clearly visible and legible. The voucher is not valid without a barcode.
Complaints
All complaints are handled by the CD Box Office, vstopnice@cd-cc.si.
Loss
We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers; no replacements are issued.
Final provisions
The general terms and conditions of gift vouchers have the nature of a contract. In purchasing the vouchers, the holders confirm that they have been informed of and agree with the general terms and conditions. Subsequent amendments to the general terms and conditions do not affect the validity of the gift voucher. All conflicts arising thereof shall be handled by a competent court of justice in Ljubljana.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE IVANKA CARD
Obtaining Ivanka is quick and easy.
Fill in an application form and return it by land mail or deliver it personally to the CD Box Office and Information (Maxi underpass).
A deposit of minimally EUR 20 must be made upon registering, further deposits into the account should be made in the same amount or in multiples of this amount.
The deposit can be made at the CD Box Office or by crediting the money to CD’s account (TR 01100-6000022527).
5 % discount on tickets is granted for purchases with Ivanka. The Ivanka card can be collected from the CD Box Office.
When your account is empty, the card can be renewed by making a new deposit – most conveniently online (My account).
